Responsibilities:
• Managing the finance and accounting team
• Preparing and managing company budgets and other reports
• Monitoring of company cash balance and clients’ balance

• Evaluating company processes to maintain maximum profitability

• Preparing of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements

• Liaising with the regulator

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience within a (Cyprus) Investment Firm as Senior Manager
• Knowledge of Income Tax, Value Added Tax and Social Insurance
• Knowledge of the provisions of Double Tax Treaties
• Knowledge of the EU directives
• Excellent knowledge and application of International Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards
• Knowledge of the Cyprus Companies Law
• Good knowledge of the Investment Firms Law
• Good knowledge of the Directives issued by CySEC (Capital Adequacy/Large Exposures/Anti-Money Laundering etc.)
