The key responsibilities of the role include:
• Dealing with clients’ inquiries via live chat, email and telephone
• Assisting clients with queries and questions
• Resolve product and service related issues promptly and professionally
• Promoting available products and services to clients
• Interacting with other departments
• Contribution to team effort by achieving targeted results
