Job Description:
• Handling prospective and existing clients
• Present and promote the company’s products and services
• Handling customer’s requests
• Communicating with clients through phone and emails
• Keep clients up to date with financial market conditions
• Keep clients up to date with major economic announcements
• Ensuring all procedures are processed effectively for opening accounts and
verifying customer documents
• Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements and Competencies:
• Must speak English fluently and be a Native speaker of one of the following
languages: German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch,Portuguese,Arabic, Russian,Norwegian, Swedish and Greek
• Previous sales experience, account management, customer support, or
experience within the Fx / Binary industry or online gaming
• Excellent computer skills
• Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment
• Ability to work under pressure
• Sales and Targeted oriented
• Understanding Economics, Finance, Business Development a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• High working ethics and willingness to learn
