Job Description
On behalf our client a solicitors firm with offices in Nicosia we are seeking to recruit for a Corporate solicitor.

Duties:

- Advising corporate clients on the law and legal issues relating to their case;
- Drafting documents, letters and contracts tailored to the client’s individual needs;
- Negotiating with clients and other professionals to secure agreed objectives;
- Helping new enterprises get established, advising on complex corporate transactions (including mergers and acquisitions) and business-related disputes;
- Advising clients on current tax legislation and updating them with changes
Required Qualifications
•Degree in Finance/Corporate Law
•At least 2 years of relevant experience
•Excellent communicating and other iterpersonal skills
