Job Description
On behalf of our client a well established Forex Company we are seeking to recruit Sales staff.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position and/or AA, BA or BSc Degree in Accounting & Finance
• Computer literate, especially MS Office and Internet (knowledge of MT4 is a plus)
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written
• Ability to work as part of a team in a high competitive environment under pressure.
Duties:
•Handling different Back Office transaction
• Following up payments from and to clients with clients and banks
•Servicing clients over the phone
Languages:
• Fluent English, Arabic
• Additional languages is of an advantage.
Remuneration:
Attractive salary will be offered according to qualification and experience including 13th salary, Medical insurance and other benefits

• Taking overall responsibility for the company’s clients
• Contact new and existing clients ensuring they receive the highest level of service
• Generating and retaining clients
• Following up on client matters
• Customer Service, including Customer retention and relationship management
• Client-related administration and account opening
• Assisting Compliance with the processing of Know-Your-Client documentation
Qualifications
• A University or College degree (MA degree will be considered as an advantage)
• At least one year experience in forex exchange market at sales/client support
• Fluent in Russian
• Excellent English skills
• Willing to work on a shift program (Monday-Friday 7.00-15.00 and 15.00-23.00)
• Computer literate
• Excellent communication skills, strong personality and self-directed.
