Job Description

We are now expanding our team and we are looking for a Payment Administrator to join us!

As Payments Administrator you will be part of our finance. You will be responsible for providing high level of payment support to the team, ensuring that all tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Main Role:

  • Communication with vendors in reference to purchase orders and invoices to ensure accurate payment to all vendors.
  • Communication with requesting officers and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Obtain and update vendor payment information in the company system.
  • Ensure that invoice data are collected and processed in a confidential and timely manner.
  • Cash flow reporting on a daily basis.
Required Qualifications
  • Fluency in English.
  • Previous experience in online banking systems will be considered as an advantage;
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Familiarity with basic accounting and accounts payable principles;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Attention to detail;
  • BSc/BA/Diploma in Accounting or relevant field will be considered as an advantage but not a must.
