• Executing clients orders 
• Assisting the desk on managing daily liquidity by negotiating and booking repos, swaps and other related instruments
• Screening Primary issue deals by identifying premiums relative to the existing curve and based on current market dynamics
• Identifying desk processes that may be automated and communicating these to the IT unit 
• Becoming well versed on various proprietary and third party platforms to properly manage trading risk
• Analysing proprietary quantitative tools to highlight market opportunities for the desk 

• University degree with minimum grade 2:1 (British educational system) or 3.7 GPA (US educational system) or equivalent 
• Proficiency in the Russian and English language is a must
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills; track record of such backed by any educational certificate or professional experience is an advantage
• Basic programming language (VBA, C++, Python etc.) is a plus
• Previous experience with trading platforms such as Bloomberg, MarketAxess, Tradeweb is an advantage
• Previous experience on a fixed income trading desk is positive
