Our client, a Regulated Forex Company with a comfortable office in the city center in Limassol, is looking to hire an Executive Director.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement of the Company's strategy and business development
Ensure commitment to and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations across the organization
Responsible for setting and monitoring the criteria for evaluating third parties offering services to the Company
Build an effective team of leaders by providing guidance and coaching to subordinate managers
Review reports by subordinate managers to acquire understanding of the organizations financial and non-financial position.
Developing and maintaining policies and procedures for handling inside and proprietary information
Forge and maintain relations of trust with shareholders/partners and external authorities
Reviewing/Identifying and improving internal processes, ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented & maintained.
Manage the day to day FX Operations
Responsible to ensure all Banking Solutions and PSP are up to date
Responsible to coordinate and submit all Regulatory Reporting promptly
Responsible for board of director's meetings arrangements as well as for coordinating board communication on any further company's development.
Requirements:
University Degree in Law, Business, Economics or any other relevant field
Previous experience as Director within CIF entity of at least 4 years
Excellent understanding of CySEC rules and regulations
Holder of CySEC certificate will be considered as an advantage
Ability to act at pace, with control together with the ability to focus on the key risks and operational excellence across the breadth of the activities are crucial attributes of the ideal candidate.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills and ability to communicate with leadership across business teams
Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, organizational, prioritization, decision-making, and skills
