Job Description

Our client is an International Corporate Services, Tax Consultancy & Trust Firm in Limassol. They are now looking to employ a Credit Controller. In this role you will be part of the internal finance team supporting the business, and reporting directly to the Cyprus Finance Director, taking full responsibility for the credit control function and some additional responsibilities covering Cyprus group corporate entities.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and control the debtor ledger, and client recharge accounts

Issue and recording of invoices / credit notes and receipts

Implement and adhere to local and group policies

Coordinate with client manager and management in relation to debtor collection

Provide reporting, including debtor aging, timely and in line with deadlines

Undertake bookkeeping and assist in audit for small group companies

Assisting with ad hoc projects, reporting and analysis as assigned by management

The ideal candidate will be/have:

Degree / diploma in accounting

Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position

Background in Fiduciary Service Industry will be considered as an advantage

Reporting & Analysis

Positive and team player with strong organizational and analytical skills

Very good knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel

Previous experience at least 3 years in similar position

Excellent knowledge of the English language, both oral and written 

Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines

The working hours are Monday to Friday 08.30 to 18.00 and Wednesday or Friday (on rotation) 08.30 - 15.00. 

Salary up to 2K gross remuneration package including 13th salary.
