Our client is a Financial Technology company with offices in Ukraine and Cyprus, that is currently looking to hire a2nd level support specialist of Infrastructure for their office in Limassol, Cyprus. The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role and good knowledge English.

JOB DUTIES:

• Solve and handle incoming tickets in the second level of Service desk
• Fluency in Russian is a must
• Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage but not a must
• Execute requests assigned to second level of support
• Review and update Service Desk knowledge-base regarding processes and procedures
• Support for other service desk levels during live time of incident.
• Monitoring of SLA compliance within the department
• · Script execution

• English language (Intermediate or above)
• Previous experience at IT Service Desk as an advantage
• Ability to communicate clearly at a technical and end-user levels
• Linux OS experience
• System administration experience
• Experience with Docker
• Being proactive in delivering high-quality customer service
• Experience with Zoho.
