Our client is an International Forex Trading company with offices in Cyprus and globally and they are looking to hire an Affiliate Analyst to join their established office in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the onboarding of new Partners (Affiliates, Introducing Brokers, Popular
Investors), ensuring that all KYC documents are in place
Perform compliance review on Partner website
Managing the communication with Partners, and other internal departments around
collection of missing documents and/or changes needed on Partnerfs sites to comply
with eToro policies
Overall Partner monitoring and oversight including updating Partner accounts
Work in collaboration with Compliance teams to achieve Partner adherence to CySEC,
FCA, ASIC requirements
Supporting Partner Payments
Daily / Weekly / Monthly reporting to various stakeholders; Maintain accurate records of
tasks
Evaluate existing systems controls adequacy, report deficiencies and provide
recommendations to improve both the systems and operations
Requirements:
2-4 years of work experience with Partner processes
Familiarity with AML and Compliance principles
Proficiency in Excel
Analytical, organizational and critical thinking skills
University degree
Team player attitude detailed oriented and able to work independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language
Time management and organization skills
