Our Client

Our client is a well-known IT Integrator and IT Solutions provider in Cyprus with 30 years’ experience. They are currently looking for a highly driven professional for the position of Corporate Sales Manager to lead their Corporate Sales team.

The Role

Reporting to the CEO, the Corporate Sales Manager will be based in Nicosia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales development and lead the customer acquisition work including identifying sales opportunities and turning them into profit. The Corporate Sales Manager is expected to be a keen and effective salesman himself, able to drive the sales team by example and have a proven track record of new business development, with evidence of business impact and achievement.

Main Responsibilities Include

·         Generate new business and increase profitability

·         Lead the company's Corporate Sales team through revenue driven activities

·         Provide timely and professional reporting on sales activities and results

·         Provide on-the-job training to the Sales team and guide them through complex business sales

·         Drive and grow the relationship with existing partners and vendors. To create alliances with new vendors/partners together with top management.

·         Supervise tender offers to government and private organisations

·         Represent the company with high level professionalism and integrity

Required Qualifications

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this exciting and rewarding opportunity should have strong communication, sales, and leadership skills. Additionally:

·         5 years minimum work experience in B2B Sales in IT Services/Solutions industry or affiliated/similar industry

·         A good technical knowledge of IT Services/Solutions

·         A degree in Business/Marketing or Engineering/Computer Science or affiliated technical disciplines will be considered an advantage

·         Work experience as a Corporate Sales Manager will be considered an advantage
