Job Description
Our client, a company providing services mainly to the Financial markets industry is looking for a German customer support. The successful candidate should be responsible for providing customer support for the clients and providing administrative support to the regional sales team.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via chat, phone and emails
- Resolves product related issues
- Resolves complaints by customers
- Works closely with the Compliance team
- Ongoing and direct communication with clients in support of any queries or issues.
- Negotiate with customers
Requirements
- Degree in Business Studies or any other relevant field
- Fluency in English & German is a must
- Experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage
- Financial markets background will be considered as an advantage
