Our Client is a well-established regulated Traditional Broker who is looking to hire an experienced Russian Speaking Trader for their offices based in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
Management and administration of the department
Implementation of the internal regulation and procedures for the department
Implementation the department’s strategy
Application of the code of Business conduct
Development of a customer service culture
Receipt and properly record of client orders
Adaptation of quality and performance control standards
Transmission of the orders, the soonest possible, ensuring proper priority order
Responsibility for the safe execution of client orders
Ensuring that client orders are executed as per clients predetermined conditions
Ensuring that Company’s order execution policy is followed at all times
Keeping of proper books and records (all orders and executed trades)
Monitoring of the executed transactions
Avoiding any conflict of interest in compliance with Company’s conflict of interest policy
Provision of Post-trade disclosure (transparency)
Calculation and preparation of monthly commissions report
Provision of data for quarterly and yearly reports relevant to the department
Preparation of RTS 28 report
Preparation of reports to Senior Management.
Requirements:
Relevant degree such as Economics, Business Administration, Finance or Risk Management
Previous experience in a similar role within a CIF
Very good knowledge of the market (a special Euro bonds)
Advanced CySEC certificate (preferably)
Pool of clients (preferably)
Strong Sales/communication skills
Fluent in Russian and English
