Our client is a Cyprus Investment Firm licensed and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission and they are looking to employ a German Customer Support Agent for their offices located in Limassol.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Dealing directly with clients inquires via live chat, email and telephone
Assisting with the process of obtaining client documentation
Handling calls and incoming requests from clients
Coordinating with the sales team and other relevant departments to properly and effectively assist clients
Informing the clients about company’s KYC procedures
Key Requirements:
Fluent in both English and German language – written & verbal
Customer service oriented
Desirable Requirements:
Previous experience in the Forex industry
Prior experience in a similar position
Knowledge of MT4 platform
IT literate preferably Microsoft Office
