Our client is an established Software Development Company and have over 10 years of experience serving IoT and M2M customers. They are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join their team based in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
Testing software in an agile environment
Analyze business requirements, writing test cases, creating and executing test plans
Implementation of automated test scenarios
Designing, developing and modifying functional and non-functional test solutions
Understanding business requirements, features and technical implementation
Logging and monitoring bugs
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of QA methodologies
Familiar with scrum
Participate in Agile ceremonies
Experience using network analysis tools (Wireshark)
Communicate effectively and clearly, in writing and orally, both in one-on-one and in group presentation situations
Requirements:
University / college graduate in Computer Science or any related field
At least 2 years of proven work experience in Software QA/Testing
Work closely with development team to analyze and resolve defects
Initiative, work under crisis, multitasking
Post production deployment validations
Knowledge of Linux operating system
Knowledge of basic Mysql environment
Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL)
Excellent oral and verbal skills in English
Support experience
Any of the following would be an advantage:
Experience with cloud services
Experience with Jira & Testrail
Telecommunications experience
Practical experience in software development
