Limassol
We are expanding our team and are looking to recruit a Purchasing and Logistics Officer to join us in our Limassol offices. The successful candidate should have at least a year of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities include evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts, preparing reports and managing procedures (e.g. for orders and costs).
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Managing purchasing reports.
- Researching potential vendors.
- Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing.
- Tracking orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintaining updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Managing purchasing procedures in the company
Requirements:
- Ability to work under pressure and multitasking
- Motivated self-taught individual with initiative.
- Fluent in in English and Greek (bonus)
- Great organizational skills.
- BSc in Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting or relevant field
