Job Description
Our client is a CIF authorized and regulated by “The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission” with offices in Limassol. They are currently looking for a Payment Officer. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of English verbal and written and Chinese preferably and Demonstrated work experience of at least one year in the industry as a Data analyst/Financial officer or in a similar role.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliations of the accounts, Payments
- Provide Reconciliations and follow up on any discrepancies
- Settlement of Reconciliations, monitor payment provider settlements and bank settlement postings
- Track inbound transactions from primary database to bank statements
- Perform initial analysis to assess the quality of the data
- Perform further analysis to determine the meaning of the data
- Manage multiple analytical tasks and projects simultaneously
- Prepare financial reports as requested by management
Requirements
- University degree in Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or in another relevant field
- Fluency in English both verbal and written,
- Preferably Fluent in Chinese.
- Demonstrated work experience of at least one year in the industry as a Data analyst/Financial officer or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyse significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
