Job Description

Exness is looking to hire a person that will perform the client funds’ reconciliations on a regular basis together with the relevant posting of journal entries for accounting purposes and capital adequacy monitoring.

Working closely with the Finance Department in a headquarter of Exness in Limassol office.

Responsibilities will include the following: 

  • Daily Bank reconciliation and reporting
  • Daily client funds’ reconciliation and internal reporting
  • Other reconciliations and internal reporting as required
  • Performance of quarterly CoRep reporting for regulated entities
  • Other regulatory accounting work as it arises

Required Qualifications
  • Partly or newly qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA will be considered as an advantage)
  • A thorough understanding of client funds’ reconciliation and the capital requirements for broker-dealers
  • Experience in performing client funds’ reconciliations 
  • A thorough understanding of bank reconciliation 
  • Ensure all relevant documentation is in place to ensure evidence of proper controls is provided to auditors 
  • Experience in performing CoRep reports will be considered as an advantage 
  • Able to perform the above independently and able to demonstrate a genuine understanding of the subject and tasks at hand 
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with regulators and external auditors 
  • A solid understanding of retail brokerage or similar
  • An ability to work well and proactively with others
  • Undertake tasks for other Group entities as required
