Job Description
Accounting clerks in the different states, USA.
Position description:
• Account distributions, withdrawals, terminations, tax selling, and manager/style changes.
• Review all incoming client account requests and determine if a legitimate request based on firm requirements.
• Update internal workflow system to reflect account maintenance request appropriately.
• Daily monitoring of requests to ensure completion of money manager and custodial tasks.
• Verify that all manual or automatic updates required per client request are completed within the internal systems.
• Provide clarification and updates on status requests to advisors, internal clients, money managers and custodial contacts.
• Perform ad hoc job duties as assigned.
Required skills:
• Candidate must have 1+ years experience.
• MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Internet.
• Good level of English.
• Diploma of Accounting
Salary is from $8/hour, depending on qualification.
